submit_feedback is the one tool that writes. When your assistant hits an error, an empty or surprising result,
missing data, or unclear docs, or has to invent a workaround, it can report it to Blockworks with this tool. Every
other tool’s errors end with a pointer to it:
When it is called
Once per distinct issue, after the assistant has resolved it or given up, so the report can say what it tried and any workaround that worked. You can also ask for it directly: “Report that to Blockworks.”Arguments
Text over a limit is cut rather than rejected.

The report is attributed to your account, whether you connected with an API key or by signing in, so leave out personal or sensitive data from the conversation. Submissions are free and do not count against usage. Each user can send up to 60 an hour; past that, the tool returns aRATE_LIMITED error and the rest can wait.
